Power BI Analyst

Individual responsibility areas and main tasks:

• Designing, modifying, and maintaining reports, management dashboards, and business applications using Power BI.
• Supporting the team in analysing requirements, identifying data sources, and creating ETL processes.
• Developing tools to support data quality control processes.
• Collaborating with teams/programs to create datasets that meet reporting needs and solve system issues.
• Developing and maintaining documentation.
• Preparation of agreed manual reports
• Introducing best practices, identifying and removing bottlenecks, etc.
• Finding ways to help operation teams in their daily tasks with focus on increased productivity and/or quality
• Supporting the development of technical skills among other team members.

Hard skills:

• Experience 5+ years in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.
• Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
• Proficiency in data modeling, process optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
