Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the digital transformation and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute the chapter’s strategic vision, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the entire development process.
- Design software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide true advisory on technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of talented individuals.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality digital products and services.
- Leverage agile methodologies and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to drive business value.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design and implement robust technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within the financial sector.
- Experience with scaling agile practices within large organizations (tribes, chapters, squads, guilds).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for technology and innovation.
