We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Designer who will work in an international team across different locations. With your hands-on mentality and quick grasp, you will dig into technical details and work in a multidisciplinary way with developers, product owners and other stakeholders. The person on the given job position will work in a project HEMS (Home Energy Management Systems).
Your responsibilities:
- Further development and conception of our digital touch points and services, always with the intention of optimizing the user experience with our hardware systems.
- Product and service development using design thinking processes and methods.
- Planning and conducting qualitative research, such as usability tests or user interviews.
- Creation and implementation of workshops with stakeholders from different departments, such as market research, hardware and digital product development, brand and strategy.
- Creation of digital and non-digital prototypes to make concepts tangible and testable.
- Arguing design decisions in front of stakeholders and managing them through to implementation.
- Completed studies in user experience design, interaction design, human factors, digital media or computer science.
- 5-7 years of experience in user-centered work within digital services.
- Experience with lean UX, agile work processes and qualitative research.
- Experience in design thinking methods and teaching them.
- Knowledge of Figma or other prototyping tools such as Axure/Miro.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills in German is a plus.
