- Configuration, customizing, business support, and maintenance of business applications and solutions on MS Dynamics CRM online also with a focus on the customer service module
- Solution design, solution implementation, testing, commissioning, and documentation of software modules in MS Dynamics CRM and MS Power Platform
- Development and maintenance of relational data models
- Coordinating, managing, and supporting IT solution and/or application development as required by designing and configuring to agreed specifications; estimation, testing, and documentation of change requests.
- Performing IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, including ticket handling and application/IT solution monitoring
- Define application development processes, programming guidelines, and best practices, as well as quality assurance and testing methodology in collaboration with the team.

- Very good knowledge of the D365 CRM online platform, ideally focus on the Customer Service module
- Experience with architecture planning
- Good knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM development (plug-ins, business process modeling, workflows)
- Programming skills with .Net / C# / Visual Studio / Jira
- Knowledge of web development topics - WebServices / HTML5 / JavaScript / TypeScript / CSS
- Knowledge of Jira, GitLab, SQL databases, Continuous Delivery/ DevOps and Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSAS, PowerBI) desirable
- High commitment and taking ownership
- Very good organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent English (communicative German is of an advantage)
