Senior Software Engineer (Workday)

• The Senior Software Engineer (Workday) will be responsible for performing tactical configuration, specifically Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Entry modules.
• Participate in the Global Payroll Transformation project, and as a key member of the cross-functional project team, will provide Workday expertise regarding system design to ensure a successful implementation.
• This role will be dedicated to this project that has the goal of building a scalable and well controlled payroll process in each country we operate, leveraging Workday as the source of truth for global payroll inputs.

• Minimum 2 full life cycle of Workday (ERP) implementation experience.
• 6+ years of experience as Software Engineer.
• 3-5 years of hands-on configuration experience with Workday payroll integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, Neeyamo) across multiple deployments, especially international payroll systems and benefits providers.
• Experience with Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad).
• Experience in Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
• Experience configuring PECI connectors and transformations with other payroll integration vendors like ADP and their various payroll products.
• Experience developing Workday custom reports, Payroll dashboards, calculated fields, condition rules.
• Experience dealing with Workday Payroll administrative functions including but not limited to tenant, business process and security and access control configurations (including role-based access control and data privacy), data loads, and payroll processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be certified in Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Enthusiastic about solving complex, system-to-system integration problems.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment and Agile framework.
