Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security controls.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all incoming customer inquiries while staying aligned with business objectives.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT to support integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Successfully completed university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or comparable courses.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum principles and ability to use Jira would be a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding Salesforce platform and desire to continue to learn new things in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce tools like Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Very good spoken and written English is a must.
  • Openness to visit the Katowice office from time to time to collaborate with the team in person.
