Data Engineer

• Design and implement data platform architectures and integrations in cloud environments, focusing on Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop scalable data solutions using tools like Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Functions, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory.
• Create and optimize ETL processes, data pipelines, and robust data models to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Work with tools like Power BI Embedded, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB, among other cloud-based data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality data projects.
• Lead and execute successful data migration projects, particularly involving transitions from on-premises systems to the cloud.
• Implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for data-driven applications.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to align business and technical requirements.

• Strong experience in data platform architecture and integration, particularly in Azure cloud environments.
• Proficiency in developing data solutions with tools like Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and designing scalable data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and other modern data solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Proven track record in cloud migration projects and optimizing data platforms.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts to business users effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with Spark, Python, DAX, and data engineering tools like dbt.
• Familiarity with large-scale data frameworks, such as Delta LakeHouse or advanced SQL Server tools (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS).
