- 5–7 years as a Business Analyst.
- 7+ years of experience with Core HCM and Payroll systems, including Benefits, Time & Attendance, Leaves, Integrations, and Payroll Processing.
- BA/BS in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools and hybrid project management environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CCBA or Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Integrations.
- Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills across all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with business acumen, capable of driving change and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
