We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a DevOps background to join our Connectivity team. This role involves managing small to medium-sized projects within the global client connectivity space (Systems - A4, BlueDirect), ensuring robust test automation and seamless integration in a fast-paced trading environment.
Develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability.
Lead automation initiatives to optimize testing processes and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Collaborate with global teams to drive DevOps strategies for client connectivity solutions.
Work with FIX protocol and front-office trading systems to validate market workflows and connectivity.
Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects related to test automation and system integration.
Ensure compliance with agile methodologies in a dynamic and demanding environment.
MUST
- At least 5 years of QA and devops experience preferably in IB IT on Linux and Windows platform
- Test automation experience with a drive to further improve the automation packs (Java preferred or Python)
- Devops background to drive small to medium sized projects
- Knowledge and experience on FIX protocol. Front office experience is preferred.
- Experience in working in an agile, fast paced and demanding environment.
- Experience with working with global market workflows is a plus
- Experience with working in a global team model is a plus
