As a System Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to ensure the successful deployment, optimization, and ongoing support of our IoT systems. Key responsibilities

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IoT solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Provide advanced technical support, resolving escalated issues and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and test Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and production solutions.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, cooperating with the 3rd line of support and product teams as needed.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting workflows, and customer-specific procedures.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to empower clients with technical knowledge.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of technical support tools and processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical support or system engineering role.
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, including log analysis, script execution, and CLI tooling (e.g., ip, tcpdump, systemctl).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and principles (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP, PKI).
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting in complex multi-server architectures.
  • Fluent in Polish and English with excellent technical communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Bonus points for

  • Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent networking expertise.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Knowledge of IoT protocols and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and REST API automation.
