Join our team as a First Line Support Engineer

Key responsibilities

  • Perform 1st line support duties, including prioritizing and acknowledging support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application-level issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd/3rd line support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain and contribute to our knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1).
  • 2+ years of experience in first-line support or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP).
  • Proficiency in Linux system administration, including log analysis and script execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of IoT devices and protocols.
  • CCNA certification or equivalent networking expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Experience with IT monitoring tools and REST API integrations.
