We are seeking a Tech Lead Blockchain Developer for an innovative project that integrates cryptocurrency payment gateways and leverages smart contracts within a gaming environment. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of blockchain technologies, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient solutions that enhance the overall gaming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Blockchain Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of blockchain technology with our casino game mechanics.
  • Token Functionality: Develop and implement token-related features, including in-game transfers and deposits.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate an 8-member development team, collaborating closely with lead architects to ensure project success.
  • Smart Contracts: Participate in the design, definition, and implementation of smart contracts and process automation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Smart Contract Expertise: Proven experience in Solidity and smart contract development.
  • Web3 & Ethereum Knowledge: Solid understanding of Web3 integrations and familiarity with the Ethereum network.
  • Full-Stack Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS for both front-end and back-end development.
  • Team Leadership: Experience managing development teams and coordinating blockchain projects.
  • Token & Automation Know-How: Familiarity with token payment implementations and the automation of processes through smart contracts.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with designers and full-stack developers, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
