- Installation, configuration and testing of the Modula WMS (Warehouse Management System) tailored to client’s needs
- Integration of the WMS with the client’s existing IT/ERP systems
- Preparing and delivering in-person and online training sessions for users at various skill levels
- Creating and updating training materials (e.g., manuals, video guides) accordingly to user progress and client’s needs
- Provide helpdesk support by remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the sales team to present new software features and technical advice to potential clients during the decision-make process
- Support Sales Team with technical guidance

- Background/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Category B Driver’s licence
- Previous experience with WMS or similar ER/TMS
- Good knowledge of Database (e.g. SQL)
- Excellent in both written, spoken English to communicate with international teams
- Ability to conduct training sessions and prepare documents in English
- Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excellent in time-management and project management
- Good organizational skills and proactivity
