IAM Team Leader

• At least 5 years of experience in IAM, in roles such as Senior, Team Leader, Technical Leader or Manager
• Strong knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management
• Familiarity with at least half of the technologies listed in the stack
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IAM structures
• Understanding of IT security concepts, particularly in the context of IAM
• Proficiency in English at B2 or C1 level
• Nice to have: possession of IAM-related certifications

Responsibilities

• Designing, managing and developing the IAM infrastructure within the organization
• Participating in a long-term, multi-year project focused on integrating IAM solutions from various group companies
• Monitoring, optimizing and ensuring the security of IAM systems
• Handling incident management, change management, issue resolution, collaborating with external vendors (operations, support) and managing tickets
• Leading a small team and cooperating with external vendors
• Working with a tech stack and concepts including Azure Cloud, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PKI (AD), CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Windows Hello for Business, MS Defender, Splunk, globally distributed infrastructure, industry standards and multi-factor authentication
• Preparing and implementing identity and access (IAM) solutions
• Collaborating within an international environment
