• Experience with SAP implementation or integration projects.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and modules.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
