Solid experience with both Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks.
Proven ability to build or significantly scale a PMO function in an evolving environment.
Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives with a business-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with SaaS product lifecycles, commercial roll-outs, go-to-market strategies, and ERP/CRM integration or migration projects.

Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a plus, not a must.
Your Role:
As a Principal Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of critical business initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects — primarily focused on ERP integrations, client data migrations, and consulting-related tasks. Your role will involve managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and facilitating collaboration between departments.
You will work closely with the CEO and CFO, regularly providing updates on project status, risks, and key milestones. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in driving progress and ensuring that initiatives stay on track.
In this role, you will contribute to improving project delivery practices by refining workflows, standardizing reporting formats, and introducing pragmatic improvements to existing processes. While you won’t be building a PMO, you will help establish structure and clarity in how projects are executed and monitored.
You will collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless coordination and execution. A hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously will be key to your success.
This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in agile, product-driven environments — someone who enjoys bringing order to growing organizations and prefers a balanced, business-oriented approach to project management.
