• Troubleshooting of incoming issues, support in projects and daily activities in area of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Resolving or escalating issues to the appropriate entities using the ticketing system Service NOW (first line of support, global support, 300,000 employees)
  • Creating reports, documentation, and instructions.

  • We are looking for students in fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines in the area of exact sciences
  • Analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from delivered  data
  • Understanding of Identity, Identity Governance, and the ability to identify problems, as well as a willingness to seek solutions
  • Willingness in learning of scripting/automation (Powershell, VBS)
  • Understanding of basic IT concepts as well as business needs. A desire to develop interests related to this area in the future
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Teams.
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level—enabling you to confidently present analysis findings in English to other team members and stakeholders within the company
