Now we’re looking for (Senior) Program Manager to join our IT Security team.
Your daily basis tasks:
- Developing program management best practices and providing mentoring to project teams
- Gathering and reporting consolidated technical project status and financial information to leadership
- Serving as a central governing body to review adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing
- Planning, monitoring and reporting program budget
- Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects and leveraging synergies
- Facilitating Steering Committee meetings and enabling senior management decision making
- Coordinating vendor management activities to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met
- Defining and evaluating program performance to identify and implement improvements
- Ensure effective operationalization of the projects within the programs and proper handover to the operation teams
- Establishing, executing and continuously improving the program management internal processes
We will be happy if you have:
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Cerified in Cybersecurity (CC)
- Familiarity with cloud security principles
- Experience in driving change across teams & departments
- Knowledge of German language
What is important from our point of view:
- Extensive experience in program and project management in a matrix organization
- Experience in managing projects involving large, decentralized virtual teams
- Practice in applying project management methods in both agile and traditional approaches
- Understanding of basic information security concepts
- List of projects including IT/Security field
