Min. 3 years of Workday configuration experience in Payroll, Core HCM OR Benefits OR Absence & Leaves, OR Time Tracking.
Experience integrating with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, UKG) across multiple countries.
Skilled with Workday tools: EIB, Studio, Report Writer, iLoad.
Experience with Web Services/APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST).
Experience with PECI connectors and payroll vendor integrations.
Proficient in creating calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and configuring business processes and security roles.
Comfortable with Workday administrative functions, data loads, and access control.
Agile methodology experience; strong problem-solving skills and attention to integration issues.
Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and related modules (HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking).
Support global payroll transformation by designing scalable, compliant processes.
Enhance system setup, pay components, business processes, and security roles.
Identify and implement system improvements and resolve configuration issues.
Ensure smooth integrations with third-party payroll/benefits vendors.
Plan and execute user acceptance and regression testing.
Support payroll teams during go-lives and provide Tier 1 assistance.
Create training materials, user guides, and knowledge base content.
Gather and document requirements with COEs and cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and internal controls.
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of system enhancements.
