As a Project Manager, you will drive the mission of our Healthcare Life Sciences, Professional Services team, dedicated to accelerating and de-risking our customers' outcomes by ensuring project success. You'll balance delivering outstanding results with the commercial objectives of the Professional Services organization. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Professional Services, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Successful project completion and delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the implementation team.
- Produce quality deliverables, status reports, project plans, and customer responses on time.
- Manage project aspects including scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
- Participate in reviews of high-risk engagements.
- Build and leverage customer relationships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer questions.
- Articulate Databricks' vision and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with PS Operations.
- Strong ability to drive delivery management.
- Experience with BI, Data Management, and Big Data technologies (a plus).
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven written communication and documentation skills.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple engagements.
- Experience with PSA tools (a plus).
