Agile Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, and prioritize business and system requirements through client collaboration, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop clear documentation including user stories, use cases, and detailed functional specifications to guide development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Support project planning by contributing to scope definition, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure requirements are testable, traceable, and consistently reviewed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adapt across the project lifecycle, leveraging T-shaped skills to contribute flexibly to delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills - both casual and professional - as English is our primary working language across our multicultural, multinational teams. German language is a plus.
• A T-shaped skill set, supported by a university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer, preferably in agile environments.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, last-minute changes, and the dynamic nature of project work.
• Willingness to regularly visit our Katowice office.
