• min. 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP HCM
• experience with SAP HCM PA/OM and PY modules
• experience with SAP SuccessFactors (in at least 2 of the area: EC, LMS, Recruitment, PMGM)
• min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP HR area, a proven track record in team management or project delivery
• strong leadership and people management skills
• exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients
• good knowledge of English, German as an asset

Responsibilities

As SAP HCM Area Lead you will oversee SAP HCM/SuccessFactors team and deliver service to our client (mainly 3rd Level support, change requests and related projects).

Being the primary point of contact for our customer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

You will be instrumental in guiding your team to achieve excellence in service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving long-term success.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance system as per customer needs, particularly within the scope of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.

Oversee the configuration of SAP modules and solutions in accordance with best practices and project requirements.
