We are seeking a Lead AI & Data Engineer to enhance patient experience through innovative data solutions, leveraging AI technologies. This role includes leading technical integrations of AI within data engineering workflows and providing mentorship for the engineering team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered data pipelines using LLMs.
• Develop agentic AI systems for complex data workflows.
• Mature engineering practices for AI-driven automation.
• Foster a culture of AI innovation within the department.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows with AI.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in AI-enhanced data solutions.
• Present AI integration results to stakeholders.
• Keep the team updated on emerging AI technologies.

Key Requirements:

• MSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, AI Engineer, or Software Engineer with AI specialization.
• Expertise in LLMs and generative AI for data applications.
• Experience with agentic AI systems for data tasks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Background in scalable AI-powered data solutions.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Azure ML.
• Understanding of Deep Learning across modalities.
• Programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud architecture, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and data governance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in diverse programming languages.
• Prior experience in a multinational environment.
