LAN/WLAN Platform Architect

• Hold a Diploma or Master's degree in Computer Science, or possess equivalent business experience
• You have extensive experience in LAN/WLAN network implementation, with a proven track record in LAN/WLAN architecture roles for large global networks
• Skilled in managing large-scale LAN & WAN environments (10,000+ users) including routing, switching, segmentation, network security, and automation
• Experienced in Network Design of LAN and WLAN in a Cisco environment with relevant Cisco certification (CCNA minimum; CCNP/CCIE preferred)
• Knowledgeable in Cisco SD-LAN technology and management tools (e.g., Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, Cisco TrustSec) and familiar with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions (e.g., Infoblox)
• Willingness to work onsite 50% of the time on a monthly basis, with an initial four-week period fully onsite in our Katowice location to facilitate integration and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Align and report all relevant decisions to the domain service owner, ensuring proper service strategy implementation within projects
• Create and continuously update service domain-relevant documentation, including designs and reports
• Support projects related to the optimization of our client's office networks, such as LAN/WLAN infrastructure refreshment and DDI solution deployment
• Supervise and audit IT hardening activities, particularly focusing on the rollout of the Fortinet firewall
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive network optimization and ensure project success
