What is this role about?Bondora operates across multiple European countries, but Finland is a key market, meaning your role is essential in ensuring a great customer experience. Unlike robotic call center roles, this position involves real problem-solving. You’ll help Finnish customers understand their loan options, troubleshoot issues, and provide genuine support, which will directly impact their financial well-being. Bondora has cross-functional teams, meaning support isn’t just a silo. You’ll work alongside product, operations, and recovery teams to ensure customers have a smooth experience. This means your voice matters in improving customer support processes. You won’t be working for a traditional bank, you’ll be part of a company making lending simpler, fairer, and more accessible. This is a great entry point if you want to work in fintech but don’t want a purely technical role.
Depending on location, Bondora offers flexible work options. If you’re based in Finland, there might be a remote setup, or if you’re near Bondora’s Tallinn HQ, you can enjoy a modern office with a startup vibe.
