Job Overview:

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of iGaming Game Presenters, ensuring their adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee day-to-day operations, optimize productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of iGaming Game Presenters.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Conduct monthly performance evaluations and one-to-one meetings.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Oversee daily operations and implement procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments for process improvements.
  • Monitor and manage Game Presenters' availability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated inquiries.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Managers on performance improvement plans.
  • Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situations.
  • Assist in recruitment when required.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an iGaming dealer.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in an iGaming environment.
  • Understanding of iGaming software and technology.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strong coaching, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize team operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance metrics analysis.
  • Proficient in report preparation and presentation.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • University Degree or Associate Degree in management-related fields is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
  • Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
  • Comfortable using relevant equipment and software applications.
