Job Overview:
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of iGaming Game Presenters, ensuring their adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee day-to-day operations, optimize productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of iGaming Game Presenters.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Conduct monthly performance evaluations and one-to-one meetings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Oversee daily operations and implement procedures to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments for process improvements.
- Monitor and manage Game Presenters' availability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated inquiries.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with Workforce Managers on performance improvement plans.
- Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad hoc situations.
- Assist in recruitment when required.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an iGaming dealer.
- Previous management or supervisory experience in an iGaming environment.
- Understanding of iGaming software and technology.
- Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong coaching, training, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize team operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong analytical skills for performance metrics analysis.
- Proficient in report preparation and presentation.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age.
- University Degree or Associate Degree in management-related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
- Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
- Comfortable using relevant equipment and software applications.
