About The Role
As the Product Group Manager for Home&Living or Apparel, you will be the commercial leader of this product category group, overseeing its strategic direction and driving growth across multiple sales channels and merchant segments.
You will lead a team of experienced Category Managers, empowering them and setting the direction to drive the category performance and expand on market opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for the Home&Living or Apparel group, ensuring a balanced approach between core portfolio management and strategic new selections to maximize sales, profitability, and market positioning.
Together with your team, you will ensure that our assortment features both bestselling products and innovative printing methods at competitive pricing, strengthening our market leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product, operations, and finance—to execute key strategic initiatives.
