We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our global business development team as the Business Development/Developer Relations Lead for Poland. This is a unique opportunity for someone who lives and breathes video games, understands the needs of game developers, and is deeply connected with the Polish gaming community.
As our brand ambassador in Poland, you’ll be instrumental in championing Xsolla’s monetization and payment solutions, building and nurturing relationships with local developers and publishers. You will engage directly with the community, develop new business opportunities, and support strategic initiatives at both local and global levels.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Business Development, with additional collaboration on enterprise-level projects led by our SVP. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and excited about building scalable, high-impact relationships in the gaming space
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Community Engagement: Be an active and visible presence in the Polish gaming ecosystem—online and in person. Attend and participate in industry events, forums, and communities to build strong, lasting connections.
  • Business Development: Identify and approach prospective partners. Understand their needs and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Xsolla’s offerings.
  • Client Consulting: Provide strategic guidance to developers and publishers on integrating Xsolla’s products and services into their games.
  • Thought Leadership & Advocacy: Represent Xsolla at industry events and conferences, delivering insightful and engaging presentations.  Comfort with public speaking and effective communication across various audiences is essential.
  • Market Insight: Relay market intelligence, developer feedback, and product insights back to our internal teams to help shape the roadmap and enhance our offering.
  • Travel: Regular travel across Poland and occasionally abroad to attend events, support client relationships, and align with global initiatives.
  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Language: Native Polish speaker; fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Polish video game industry, including familiarity with key studios and the indie development scene (PC/console).
  • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently and adapt to flexible working hours based on event and client needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a global cross-functional team
