We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead international marketing initiatives across EMEA and the US. Your responsibilities::

  • Implement and execute marketing initiatives in line with short- and long-term strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-regional and cross-functional marketing projects in EMEA and the US.
  • Manage the company’s presence at international events and organize company-hosted events in global markets, including marketing materials preparation.
  • Oversee collaboration with subcontractors, partners, and external agencies on various marketing projects.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts in cooperation with external agencies.
  • Lead ABM team activities.
  • Support content creation (sales presentations, videos, website updates, etc.).Supervise project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Analyze marketing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Support leadership in personal branding efforts with global and local PR agencies.
  • Maintain close collaboration with local sales leadership.

Our Requirements::

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or communication (preferably in B2B marketing).
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).Proven experience in leading international marketing projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and execution.
  • Practical experience in event organization (both internal and external).
  • Understanding of the latest trends in Content Marketing, Social Media, and Event Marketing and AI.
  • Hands-on experience in Social Media management, SEM, Web Analytics (Google Analytics 4), and E-mail marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Strong project management skills (familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or PM tools like Asana, Monday, Jira is a plus).
  • Experience in collaborating with external agencies (PR, digital, event agencies)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to optimize marketing activities based on data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management.
