The role requires combination of leadership skills, people management and expertise in products. The Team Lead is good at making decisions, has organizational skills and time-management skills. Planning and organizing team’s work, launching new procedures and managing existing ones. Ensuring the training, developing and motivating the team as well as great stakeholder and customer management. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and delegate the tasks and projects to the Sports Customer Onboarding officers based in the same location
  • Managing, training, developing and motivating the team members.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the Tallinn and Medellin team
  • Recruitment and interviews of Sports Customer Onboarding team
  • Prepare/submit daily and weekly reports to business as required
  • Great product knowledge across all processes and procedures
  • Ensures efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives are being driven within the team

Required skills:

  • Team leadership experience within support or operational areas
  • Project management experience in complex projects within IT and/or operations
  • Experience in the implementation of new customer products, including user training and implementation
  • Ability to develop an Implementation plan covering multiple stakeholders and users
  • Ability to use Zendesk, Atlassian suite of products, JIRA/Linear, Confluence/Notion, Google workspace.
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Problem solving skills
  • Understanding of sports and customer service definitions and cycles
