As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be part of a 24/7/365 operation, working in a fast-paced environment where precision, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset are essential. You’ll help resolve issues, monitor activity, and support internal teams with valuable insights and feedback.
Your Role:
- Act as the main point of contact for client-related matters
- Monitor activity and ensure community guidelines are followed
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform performance, escalating when necessary
- Document interactions to support effective tracking and reporting
- Identify and address potential issues, offering proactive solutions
- Share feedback to help improve internal workflows and client satisfaction
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Maintain a professional and collaborative work environment
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- High school or university diploma
- Proficient written English
- Excellent typing and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and client-facing abilities
- Advanced computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with support tools like Freshdesk, Jira, or Confluence
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering great service
- Basic understanding of the online entertainment or gaming industry
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
Important Job Information:
- You will be working rotating shifts with regular breaks on site at our Sofia studio.
- The role requires individuals to work different shifts with reasonable notice. This will also involve being on-call on occasion.
