DLT Engineer (Mid & Lead)

Hi, we are looking for two Engineers – one for a Mid-level position and one for a Lead position!

📍 Remote (Poland)

🕐 Start: ASAP

💰 B2B: 135 – 175 pln net+vat/hr - rate based on seniority and qualifications

💼 Industry: Tokenized Financial Products / dApps / Regulated Blockchain

We’re assembling a team of engineers to drive the design and development of a blockchain-based platform for tokenized deposits (cash, MMFs, deposit products). If you're confident in your smart contract engineering skills, whether you're already a Lead or growing into a Mid, we want to hear from you.

💡 What You’ll Do

For both levels:

• Build secure, modular smart contracts (Proxy/UUPS/Beacon)
• Implement token standards (e.g., ERC-20/721) within compliant frameworks
• Connect dApps with custody/wallet infra (e.g., Fireblocks, Ledger Vault, MMI)
• Support data indexing for off-chain services
• Participate in design, audit, and deployment flows (via tools like Kaleido, Alchemy)

For Lead only:

• Own architecture decisions and guide junior engineers
• Contribute to CBDC-related initiatives (e.g., mBridge, Ensemble)
• Oversee CI/CD flows and DevOps around decentralized eployments

✅ Must-Have Skills

Common (Both levels):

• Pro experience with Solidity and EVM ecosystems
• Familiar with Hardhat/Truffle/Ganache
• Smart contract upgradeability: Proxy / UUPS / Beacon patterns
• Hands-on with blockchain infra: Infura, Alchemy, Chainstack
• Familiar with custody/wallet systems (Fireblocks, Ledger Vault, MetaMask Institutional)
• Practical exposure to tokenized financial workflows in a regulated setting
• Security-conscious approach to smart contract dev

Additional for Lead:

• 6+ years in DLT or smart contract engineering (vs. 3+ for Mid)
• In-depth involvement in production-grade systems & technical leadership
• Strong voice in architecture, scaling, and infrastructure design decisions

🧩 Nice-to-Have (both levels, especially Lead):

• OAuth2/SAML integration experience
• dApp deployment on Kubernetes / Helm
• Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS, Azure)
• Java/Spring Boot for backend-chain communication
• Knowledge of compliance, AML/KYC tooling
