  • Experience in Consumer research, both quantitative & qualitative research design and management.
  • Experience in the market/consumer modelling/forecasting.
  • Project and budget management exposure.
  • Fluent English
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • Passionate about data & insights, be able to use variety of research toolkits.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, an appetite for design & data visualization.
  • Confident/advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Internal tools/software confident user (Nielsen/Kantar Explorer, HIVE, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support the process of consumer insights and foresights generation for New Categories (NC) and contribute to WEA (Western Europe Area).
  • Ensure OTIF submission of all weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Monitor market development and highlight any new trend/ changes to Area Insights and Foresights (I&F) manager.
  • Ensure the integrity of the input & insights for THP and Combustibles research projects.
  • Act as the custodian of insights & foresights plan and process across, ensure effectiveness, accuracy of input and output following strong alignment within the team/line manager.
  • Facilitate in understanding cross-category consumer behaviour and the journey from combustible to new-category products (with a focus to THP) by tracking and analysing consumer behaviour and market trends to identify and recommend opportunities to drive conversion growth and value.
  • Ensure input for all relevant HP & Combustibles research projects are provided OTIF. Always review/ monitor category/ brand/ SKU developments (industry-wide) and highlight to the team any changes/ new launch/ new trend etc. Reflect the same in monthly input for research projects and other insights generation.
  • Support in the ongoing development of the Consumer model based on up-to-date assumptions and provide relevant input to the SLA process.
  • Correct application and compliance with relevant global research guidelines (HIVE, INSPIRE).
