  • fluency in English (C1)
  • 5 + years of programme/delivery management for AI/ML or other complex global software products
  • proven success managing 10+ person teams in a flat, agile setup across multiple regions
  • deep knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, vector search) and the full product lifecycle
  • hands-on expertise with agile frameworks and modern DevOps/MLOps practices in distributed environments
  • experience working with Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, Python notebooks and BI dashboards
  • exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, being able to translate complex technical topics into clear business language for C-suite leaders
  • familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and global compliance frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
  • degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or comparable business education would be advantageous
