We are looking for a talented Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team and help us protect our systems and data. In this role, you will leverage your experience in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management, as well as your knowledge of AI Agent building and security automation.
About the Senior Cyber Security Analyst:
- Assess and monitor security systems and analyze logs to detect and respond to security incidents
- Coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures based on best practices
- Automate security tasks and processes using scripting languages and automation tools
- Build and maintain AI Agents to enhance security monitoring and incident response
- Stay up to date with the latest security threats and trends
- Resolves and assesses a wide range of security issues in creative ways and suggests variations in approach
- Works on security problems of diverse scopes where analysis of information requires evaluation of identifiable factors
About you as the Senior Cyber Security Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in security analysis or a related role
- Strong knowledge of security concepts, principles, and best practices
- Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Experience with security automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
- Knowledge of AI Agent building and deployment
- Works independently to utilize excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion
- Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right courses of action
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Cyber Security Analyst:
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or GIAC Fundamentals
- Experience with cloud security and container security
- Knowledge of machine learning and data analysis
