A taste of what you’ll do
- Reporting directly to our CTO, you'll be leading the IT & Security function across our growing business – from infrastructure and cybersecurity to production systems and internal services. Your mission? To make sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and supports the company’s ongoing growth and innovation.
- Lead and grow our IT team (20 people): Application Support, Infrastructure, Networks, DevOps, Internal IT Services, and Cybersecurity
- Own our cybersecurity roadmap and champion best practices across the business
- Act as the go-to person for all IT and security matters – from audits and risk assessments to production support and incident management
- Shape our 24/7 IT & Security Operations model, ensuring business continuity and system reliability
- Stay ahead of the curve: introduce tools, processes, and practices that help us work smarter
- Work closely with key stakeholders to solve challenges and drive secure, scalable solutions
- Keep our systems compliant with GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage the IT budget and forecast future tech needs in line with company growth
- Report regularly on IT and Information Security KPIs
- Lead major IT/security projects from start to finish, ensuring clear communication across teams

- 3+ years of experience leading technical operations and support teams
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- A proven track record in managing complex IT environments with high availability
- Strong background in Windows, Linux, VMWare, Azure AD, and firewalls (especially Cisco)
- Solid experience in cloud environments (Azure and AWS)
- A hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset – someone who motivates, supports, and brings out the best in others
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices, audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing
- In-depth understanding of ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI DSS, and related standards
- Budget ownership and strategic planning skills
- Someone who’s proactive, structured, and loves a good challenge
- The ability to adapt quickly, stay positive, and lead with integrity
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a regulated industry such as iGaming or FinTech
- Previous experience reporting to executive leadership
- Certifications in IT Security, Cloud, or Service Management
