  The Role  

Genius Sports delivers around 40,000 video feeds annually to our partners. This is your special little chance to see how a picture from the Venue reaches the world wide web.

  Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and providing technical support for the live video feed from the venue, making sure it reaches the end users.
• Communicating with partners, solving problems related to video streaming.
• Solving and prioritizing problems inside the company and the parent company.
• Collaborating with Support Analysts and other teams, solving problems, forwarding the information to the Development Team when necessary and providing feedback to our partners.
• Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager and specialist.

  Required skills:

• Clear and confident communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Advanced computer skills (Jupyter Notebook, Jira, AWS, and Analytical software).
• High interest in video streaming and multimedia solutions.
• Problem escalating.
• Multitasking.
• Accuracy, pressure handling.
• Independent and showing initiative.
• Interest in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for known issues and solutions.
• Understanding of API concept and willingness to learn about different APIs.
• Knowledge of programming languages.
