WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with our core systems. By deeply understanding both technical capabilities and operational requirements, you will help design, enhance, and support solutions across our Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and other key business platforms. Your contributions will help our systems transform with the organization-improving automation, efficiency, and data-based decisions. By safeguarding the consistency and integrity of that data across platforms, your role supports clear reporting and smarter decisions at every level of the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Translating business needs into system enhancements - gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
  • Leading the planning and prioritization of enhancements to our CPQ and ERP systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial, IT), working closely with vendors
  • Supporting system configuration and testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and assisting in release planning and rollouts
  • Owning and managing the CPQ system, including maintenance, updates, design, testing, and implementation of changes while working with stakeholders
  • Monitoring system performance and data integrity, carefully identifying and resolving issues or inefficiencies
  • Creating and maintaining documentation including process flows, use cases, and training materials
  • Providing end-user support and training to improve system adoption and value for the organization

WHAT WE VALUE

Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above. How you gained the skills needed for doing that is less important. We expect you to be good at several of the following and be able to - and interested in - learning the rest.

  • 3+ years of practical experience working with CPQ and ERP systems in a business analyst or similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, including working with pivot tables, formulas, and data validation
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and data integrity
  • Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Highly developed skills in coordinating projects, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
  • An engagedmindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Proficient English communication skills, written as well as spoken, as English is our corporate language
