Role Summary:

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the data platform initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, research groups, data scientists, and product owners to achieve shared goals and priorities.
  • Champion agile practices and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Remove roadblocks, handle risks, and keep delivery on track without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Help build a trustful, inclusive, and innovative team where every voice is heard.

WORKSTYLE MODEL 

We know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working. You are welcome to work from our brand-new office every day, but you have still an opportunity to stay at home if needed. In this position you can work 4 days a week from home.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the delivery of scalable data solutions using Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Supervise the development and integration of data pipelines, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are met across all initiatives.
  • Overview dependencies with legacy systems, including Oracle databases, and support data migration efforts.
  • Drive agile delivery practices, handle risks, and continuously improve team performance.

What You Bring:

  • Experience delivering complex data engineering or analytics projects in cloud environments, especially Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Databricks, Spark, and modern data lake architectures.
  • Familiarity with Oracle databases and integrating legacy systems with modern platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization standard processes.
  • Excellent communication and partner management skills.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams.
