The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Gaming Operations Associate Tester, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving game integrations and releases forward. You’ll manage relationships with third-party suppliers, support end-to-end testing across platforms, and help troubleshoot issues tied to new brand and state launches. In this role, you’ll collaborate across Development and Production teams, contribute to process improvements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of gaming content and solutions.

What you’ll do as a Senior Gaming Operations Associate Tester
  • Test game integrations from third-party providers and make sure they work properly across all platforms.

  • Check new game features built by our internal teams and help find and fix issues during development for new states or brands.

  • Work closely with developers to report bugs, track progress, and make sure issues are resolved quickly.

  • Help improve how we test games by following best practices and suggesting better processes.

  • Partner with Production and Development teams to make sure games are ready to launch and meet quality standards.

  • Respond quickly to questions or concerns from partners and ensure requests are completed on time.

What you’ll bring
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a QA specialist, technical support person, or in a similar position within an online gaming company.

  • Proactive communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

  • A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve and adopt new testing approaches.

  • Basic proficiency with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, JIRA, and Kibana.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and great attention to detail.

  • Strong technical and business acumen with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify issues and drive effective resolutions.

  • Fluency in English
