Role in a nutshell:
Now we're looking for a Czech/Slovak & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support in Czech/Slovak by email and Live chats;
- Processing with great attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
