Role Objective:
Achieve individual and team profitability goals by providing exceptional service to TD SYNNEX customers, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and quality in customer and vendor service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Amazon Web Services (AWS) account to grow its business within TD SYNNEX in the Iberian market.
- Promote and sell the use of TD SYNNEX's e-business services.
- Gather detailed customer information to help increase their business within TD SYNNEX.
- Identify, track, and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct proactive activities as established by the Cloud Spain department.
- Prepare quotes, follow up, and convert them into orders.
- Provide customers with accurate information on products, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
- Maintain quality standards on inbound and outbound calls.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Represent TD SYNNEX professionally and efficiently at all times.
- Sell the benefits of working with TD SYNNEX and its value proposition.
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, in collaboration with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Sales experience in the IT channel and/or purchasing.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software products.
- Experience with SAP R3 / BW is an advantage.
