For one of our major clients, we are looking for a Senior Python Developer with GenAI experience!
Engagement Conditions:
- Location: 100% Remote
- Start Date: ASAP (we accept candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period)
- Rate (individually determined): 150 - 185 PLN net / hour
- Engagement Type: B2B (outsourcing with 1dea), full-time, long-term
- Number of Vacancies: 5
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing Python-based applications and AI technologies (including LLMs – e.g., OpenAI / GPT).
- Participating in the creation of scalable and modern software architecture.
- Collaborating with the development team and end-users – both during implementations and in daily problem-solving.
- Preparing technical documentation for created solutions.

- Higher education in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
- Very good knowledge of Python and ORM technologies (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Practical experience working with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, GPT).
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level (spoken and written).
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
