PMO Specialist

• Salary: 70-100 PLN/h net+VAT (negotiable)
• Contract type: B2B contract via Devire
• Contract duration: long-term contract
• Location: remote work (occasional visits in Warsaw office, 1 time per month)
• Equipment: provided by the Client

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset.
• Organized and structured, good ability to set priorities
• Excellent follow-through and organizational skills
• Proficiency in preparing reports, project materials and presentations.
• Good knowledge of project management and experience with PMO support
• Knowledge of project risk management
• English with good reading and speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver projects roadmaps according to the agreed global deployment roadmap.
• Develop and maintain the detailed project schedule including list of tasks and milestones.
• Prepare or review project Kick offs and necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain the logs "issues and risks".
• Prepare/ coordinate project meetings and workshops.
• Provide support to various project stream leaders and local PMs, to ensure all streams and Geos are synchronized in activities.
• Ensure regular and effective communication with the related stakeholders.
• Track and monitor milestones
• Prepare the project weekly status report slides and effectively communicate project status.
• Initiate and monitor lessons learned (manage project knowledge, including sharing lessons learned)
• Responsible to escalate any risk/ issues raised by team members or DBS global team to the Global Program Manager.
• Follow-up with local PMs and ensure deliverables are completed on-time.
• Maintain SharePoint and all Project documentation.
• Monitor the deployment UAT with COE team and local teams.
