Now we're looking for English speaking Customer Support Agents - Day and Late Shift to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Day Shift * Working Hours: 09 AM - 18 PM and 14 PM - 23 PM which is rotating each week; * Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;
Late Shift * Working Hours: 17 PM - 02 AM; * Working days: 5 days work, 2 days rest on a wish based schedule 1 month in advance;
IMPORTANT: This position is office based, our office is located on 51, Blv. "Cherni Vrah", Office "Energy Tower".
Entry level position - you can apply with little or no experience.
Responsibilities: * Providing support in English by email and Live chats; * Processing with great attention to details and content; * Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions; * Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction; * Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Qualifications: * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; * Proactive person with good support/sales skills; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Attention to detail; * Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
