About The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual stepping into a junior role as an Associate Technical Product Owner. This part-time, 6-month fixed-term contract is ideal for someone looking to gain their first hands-on experience in product management. You will support our product team across various stages of the product lifecycle in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Product Documentation: Assist in writing, polishing, and enhancing product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and internal change descriptions. This will involve supporting documentation with processed screenshots (e.g., adding labels, explanatory text/comments).
  • Test Case Development: Based on product requirements, write comprehensive test cases to ensure thorough feature delivery.
  • Meeting Support: Support Product Managers by accurately documenting meeting notes and key decisions.
  • Product Testing & Demo Recordings: Assist with product testing and the creation of demo recordings.
  • Process Improvement Implementation: Help implement agreed-upon process changes, contributing to the team's operational efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced product environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., word processors, presentation tools).
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to learn about product management.

  • Familiarity with product documentation tools or software.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle or Agile methodologies.
