Lead the support & service work-stream, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Act as the "glue" between Reliability Engineering and multiple delivery teams during:
Service Transition to Microsoft Azure
Adoption of a Dev Sec Ops operating model
Champion Content & Engineering standards; enforce Minimum Entry Criteria (MEC) before go-live
Maintain proactive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs and deliver clear status reports
Chair SteerCos and PLTs, driving decisions, removing blockers and tracking actions
Hold teams to committed milestones; create and communicate a credible glide path for delivery
Build strong cross-functional partnerships; influence a wide stakeholder network
React quickly to changing requirements and manage delivery in ambiguous ("grey") situations
Stay calm under pressure and communicate crisply at all organisational levels
5+ years of experience on PM, Technical PM, or TDM (technical delivery) position
Proven experience managing multiple teams, value streams, distributed teams and stakeholders
End-to-end project management (planning → execution → closure)
RAID & status reporting discipline
Milestone & dependency tracking
Proven relationship-building across engineering, ops, leadership & vendors
Ability to challenge and motivate teams while upholding standards
Exceptional written & verbal communication
