Position: German/French Speaking Customer Support Associate

Job Description: At Arrow, we're currently looking for a Mid/Senior Customer Support Associate with French or German language skills. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as part of a team by managing complex post-booking processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting high-tier customers across the full order-to-invoice cycle.

What You'll Be Doing: * Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements. * Responsible for Post-booking to Invoice process, including but not limited to maintenance of Value-Added orders & and follow-up to complete the post-booking process. * Backlog Management. * Responsibility for complex and high tier customer backlog. * Work with the buyer and different portals to expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands. * Pull reports from our Business Intelligence - BI system. * Handle SWAPS * Internal Requisitions - IR – ISO. * Allocations / Constraints Materials. * Work with BOMs. * Manage inbound customer order formats (pdf, e-mail, Microsoft Office documents). * Work with COP inventory, (Customer Owned Parts) * Support the sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, and providing the first point of escalation after the initial set of expedites. * Work closely with the asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner. * Work with FA (First Articles) engineers to set up orders in the system.

Job Complexity: * Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. * Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. * Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.

What You'll Need: * 4-year degree and 3-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. * Ability to communicate fluently in English and German or French * Industry experience is preferred in a similar field. * Must be familiarized with BOMs. * Must be familiarized with ERP systems - Oracle is a plus. * Must be familiarized with Business Intelligent - BI systems. * Must be familiarized with the Quoting process. * Must be familiarized with Expedites. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must. * Experience supporting sales efforts. * Communication skills teamwork-oriented.
