Your Role:

We are seeking your skills and experience to empower our team of masterminds to perform even better by supporting our internal and external customers and creating innovative IT solutions.

Your Daily Routine:

  • Maintain supported systems in operation within required parameters (availability, performance).
  • Monitor application servers and workload, making necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate with teams regarding questions, issues, trouble tickets, problem resolution, new fixes, and releases.
  • Notify next levels of support about raised problems.
  • Maintain system documentation and logs, and create documentation for your own work.
  • Utilize the ticketing system to resolve reported problems or submit tasks to responsible units in case of failures.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on the status of maintained systems.

What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in monitoring, reporting, or supporting applications.
  • Experience with Linux services and Shell Scripting.
  • An analytical, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • A university degree in IT, Telecommunication, or a related field.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge and/or experience with monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with UC4 (Automic) Job Scheduling.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows services, Shell Scripting, Microsoft Azure tools, or Synapse.
