Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align AI and advanced automation strategy within TMPL with the DT Group strategy.
  • Ensure all AI-focused products align with TMPL's strategic vision, are compliant with regulations (including GDPR), and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Enhance transparency of AI and advanced automation impact in TMPL by introducing key performance indicators for AI-focused initiatives and automation.
  • Own and lead the development and execution of the AI product roadmap in TMPL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, sales & marketing, customer care, finance, human resources) to define and prioritize new product development across the company and drive end-to-end execution.
  • Leverage advanced automation to optimize operational/business processes and reduce costs by developing and implementing RPAs to minimize manual work.
  • Introduce innovative solutions to boost efficiency based on stakeholder requirements and customer needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI trends, technologies, and standard methodologies in the market and across NATCOs to continuously innovate and enhance digital properties.
  • Ensure the design, development, and deployment of AI-focused and advanced automation solutions across the company, with a strong focus on customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to create awareness among other stakeholders in the company regarding AI and advanced automation technologies.
  • Ensure the continuous evolution of AI competencies within the team, in partnership with Human Resources.

We are looking for a talented AI&Advanced Automation Unit Head to lead company’s AI initiatives together with a passionate and dedicated team and help us to achieve our mission to become AI-enabled, Data-driven, Digital-first company.

  • Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, MBA, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML/LLM, data-driven products, and/or digital customer engagement.
  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams and company-wide programs.
  • Deep understanding of AI and automation technologies, including natural language processing.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launched initiatives that leverage advanced automation/AI/LLM to drive customer value.
  • A data-driven attitude with a passion for using insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms for AI (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
